daily cleaning of Counter (http://GialloFiorito.com) tops

We recently built and (http://maplered.com) moved into our new home, which has Granite (http://tanbrown.org) Counter (http://GialloFiorito.com) tops in the kitchen and (http://maplered.com) the master bath. We have children in the house, and (http://maplered.com) as beautiful as they are, the Counter (http://GialloFiorito.com) tops are more for function than for looks. How do I clean them daily? I have seen so many different answers, half of which contradict each other. I don't like the mild soap and (http://maplered.com) water idea, then I have to rinse. In my old house i used vinegar/water spray in the kitchen, lysol/clorox sprays in the bathroom...I can't do that with these Counter (http://GialloFiorito.com) tops(so I've read). Doesn't anyone make a spray that will disinfect/clean easily? Spray for a bathroom Counter (http://GialloFiorito.com) top- meant to clean germy bathroom surfaces? Spray for a kitchen Counter (http://GialloFiorito.com) top..that I can make a pbj sand (http://maplered.com) wich on and (http://maplered.com) not worry about stuff getting on food? I use a Granite (http://tanbrown.org) spray cleaner now, but everything i find is mostly concerned with "shine", not daily disinfecting. I'm not convinced my Counter (http://GialloFiorito.com) tops are as clean as I want them! Can someone give advice to this new Granite (http://tanbrown.org) owner/mom? Thanks so much.
